We offer a three-tiered commission structure designed to reward you as you grow. Start with the support you need and move toward greater earning power as your experience builds.

Tier 1:

New Agent

70% Agent / 30% Broker

Ideal for newer agents or those looking for close support & mentorship.

Includes:
Free CRM
No Monthly Fees
One-on-one mentorship
Transaction guidance
Branding help
Dedicated Broker availability
Lead Gen Setup Assistance

Graduates to Tier 2 after 8 closed transactions.

Tier 2:

Core Agent

80% Agent / 20% Broker

Once you’ve closed 8 transactions, you move up to our Core Agent plan. You’ll keep more of your commission while continuing to benefit from our team resources, and broker availability.

Includes:
Free CRM
No monthly fees

Graduates to Pro Agent after 20 closed transactions

Tier 3:

Pro Agent

Flat Fee Per Transaction

Experienced agents who want full control over their business can opt for our flat-fee model. You keep 100% of your commission and pay a simple, fixed $500 fee per transaction.

No Monthly Fees

This does not reset annually – once you hit Pro you stay pro!
