In Q3, 3% more homeowners faced challenges tackling DIY projects, compared to the previous quarter. Cost remained the top issue, with knowledge and quality concerns increasing from Q2.

• 17% of respondents claim timelines are too long
• 15% of respondents claim hiring is too expensive
• 15% of respondents have quality concerns when hiring a professional
• 15% of respondents find professionals are too busy or unavailable to hire
• 14% of respondents claim poor communication as a challenge
